American-Style Vintage Furniture Clearance — Before You Order

Please review these 7 points before checkout:

1. OEM overstock, not new. Made around 2009–2012, sealed in a bonded warehouse for 10+ years. Boxes may be dusty or damaged; furniture may have moisture spots or minor marks. Cosmetic only — no impact on structure or use. Buyer handles cleaning. OEM 库存尾货，非新品。生产于 2009–2012 年前后，保税仓封存 10 年以上。外箱可能有积灰或破损，家具表面可能有潮点或轻微痕迹。仅为外观问题，不影响结构和使用，买家自行清洁维护。
2. 5-unit minimum. EXW Foshan Shunde. Freight, customs, and other fees not included. Ships or ready for pickup within 48 hours after payment. 5 件起批，EXW 佛山顺德仓。不含运费、报关费及其他费用。付款后 48 小时内可发货或上门提货。
3. Loaded = delivered. Buyer arranges pickup and loading. Any damage or loss after loading is on the buyer. Cargo insurance recommended. 装车即交付。买家自行安排提货和装车。装车后的货损或丢失由买家承担。建议购买运输保险。
4. Video inspection or agent warehouse inspection available before shipment. We can provide a walkaround video of your order before loading, or you may send an agent to inspect at our Shunde warehouse. Please request this before payment if needed. 支持发货前视频验货或代理人仓库验货。我们可在装车前提供订单货品的实拍视频，您也可以委托代理人到顺德仓库现场验货。如有需要，请在付款前提出。
5. Full payment before shipment. No returns for non-structural issues. Structural issues must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. "Receipt" means the date the goods arrive at the buyer's designated destination and are signed for. After that, goods are considered accepted. 发货前付清全款，非结构性问题不退不换。结构性问题须在收货后 7 日内书面提出。"收货"指货物到达买家指定目的地并完成签收之日。逾期视为验收合格。
6. Declare as "used / unbranded furniture." No brand authorization included. Please don't use the original brand name for marketing or ads. 请按"二手/无品牌家具"报关。不含品牌授权文件，请勿使用原品牌名称进行宣传或投放广告。
7. Pick a reliable logistics partner for bulky cross-border goods. Wood fumigation / IPPC marking is the buyer's responsibility. Customs delays or returns from missing documents are on the buyer. 跨境大件请选择可靠物流。木质熏蒸 / IPPC 标识由买家自行负责。因手续不全导致的扣关或退运由买家承担。
