Goods are mixed solid-wood clearance stock. Original export outer packaging is aged and dusty; inner packaging and products remain intact. Structural defect rate is below 5%. 货物为混合实木清仓库存，原出口外包装陈旧积尘，内包装及产品完好，结构性瑕疵率低于 5%。

Goods are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis. Cosmetic issues including scratches, fading and worn packaging are not regarded as quality defects. No warranty, returns or claims for cosmetic defects. 按现货现状交付，划痕、褪色、包装老化等外观问题不属于质量问题，无质保，不退货不索赔。

Buyer must inspect goods on-site before loading. No cosmetic-related complaints accepted once the container leaves the warehouse. Only structural damage exceeding 5% may be subject to mutual negotiation. 买方务必装柜前现场验货，装柜离仓后不再受理外观异议；仅超 5% 的结构性损坏可协商处理。

Stock information is for reference only. Inventory will not be reserved until deposit is received. If certain SKUs become unavailable, replacement of equal-value items or corresponding deduction may be negotiated. 库存仅供参考，未付定金不锁定库存，付定金后预留货品；部分 SKU 缺货可协商换货或扣减货款。

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon completion of FCA/EXW handover. All costs including ocean freight, insurance, destination-port customs clearance and import duties shall be borne by the buyer. Deposit is non-refundable if the buyer unilaterally cancels the order. Full deposit refunded if we fail to supply ordered goods. FCA/EXW 交接完成后，货物损毁、灭失风险转移买方；海运、保险、目的港清关、关税及全部物流费用均由买方承担。买方单方取消订单，定金不予退还；我方无法供货则全额退还定金。
